Does AI send customer replies automatically, or do I approve first?

This is intentional: your customers deserve answers you've verified, not AI replies that might get stock or prices wrong.

Where is chat data stored? Is it secure?

All data is stored at a data centre in Europe, compliant with GDPR standards. Every connection runs through Cloudflare TLS 1.3 with WAF and DDoS protection — the origin server is never directly exposed to the public internet. PostgreSQL 16 with team-level data isolation. We do not sell or share data with third parties. Full details in our Privacy Policy.

How do I cancel Premium? Can I get a refund?

Cancel Premium with one button in Settings — no email required, no sales call needed. After cancelling, you keep Premium until the end of your current billing cycle, then automatically drop to Starter. All your data stays intact. For refunds within the first 7 days of a billing cycle, contact [email protected] with your account email — processed within 3 business days.
